Location: Seattle, WA (Greater Seattle Area)

Job Type: Part-Time | 25–30 Hours per Week

Serene Healthcare Talent is recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a growing primary care practice serving patients throughout the Seattle area.

This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to provide high-quality care through in-home visits, employer-site clinics, and telehealth.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and family patients
  


• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  


• Perform preventive health assessments and wellness visits
  


• Develop treatment plans and educate patients
  


• Document patient encounters using an electronic medical record (Elation EMR)
  


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
  


• Participate in rotating weekend call coverage
  

Qualifications

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  


• Active Washington State license
  


• Active DEA registration
  


• Minimum 5 years of Primary Care or Urgent Care experience
  


• Excellent communication and patient care skills
  

Schedule

• 25–30 hours per week
  


• Flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM - Sun-Sat
  


• Rotating weekend call
