SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- No Weekends
- No Evenings
- No Holidays
- No On-Call


COMPENSATION:
- $65 to $90 per hour, depending on experience
- $135,000 to $185,000 Annual Income

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This community health center opened in 2011 and currently employs a team of more than 30 providers across a variety of specialties - pediatrics, ob/gyn, infectious disease, orthopedics, behavioral health, podiatry, pain management - as well as full scope family and internal medicine.  They operate several clinic locations in the greater Lancaster area, with a robust support staff of operational and administrative team members.


POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The new family nurse practitioner (FNP) will provide comprehensive medical services for patients of all ages.

Providers see between 16 and 24 patients per day, with the support of a dedicated clinical assistant.

Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- evaluation and treatment of patients
- care plan management
- assessment of acute needs
- chronic condition management
- review laboratory and other test results
- initiate specialist referrals
- participate in care team and staff meetings 
- provide health education to patients and families
 
The practice uses the Epic EHR.


REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP license
- FNP certification
- DEA
- 1+ year advanced practice experience
