As a parent/foster parent/legal guardian supporting a child with emotional or behavioral challenges, life can be stressful and challenging. Join our team as a Family Partner who has lived experience raising or has raised children with social/emotional challenges or other special needs to empathize with parental challenges and provide impartial support. 

What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference... 

• Assist parent/caregiver with meeting the needs of the youth and meet one or more of the following purposes: educating, supporting, coaching, modeling, and guiding
• Educating, teaching the parent/caregiver how to navigate the child serving systems and processes
• Driving is required

Requirements

• Experience as a parent/legal guardian/foster parent of a youth with special needs, and preferably a youth with mental health needs
• At least one year of professional experience within the Social Services caring for youth and families
