Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $320,000–$330,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician to join a mission-driven community health clinic and provide comprehensive, culturally responsive primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan.

Position Overview:

• Deliver full-spectrum family medicine services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day visits.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to support integrated medical, behavioral, and social services.
• Contribute to clinic-wide quality, safety, and risk management initiatives.
• Assist in addressing social determinants of health through appropriate referrals and care coordination with community partners.

• MD or DO from an accredited institution; board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior experience in a community health or underserved setting preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
