Family Practice Physician Spanish-Speaking

247 ProTAS is hiring a Family Practice Physician to join a well-established healthcare team in Belen, NM! This full-time, outpatient role offers a MondayFriday schedule (8am5pm) with phone call only and a competitive salary plus bonus potential.

Candidates must be Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, hold a valid New Mexico MD license, and have full proficiency in Spanish (reading, speaking, and writing).

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree (MD/DO)

• Board Certified in Family Medicine

• Valid New Mexico Medical License

• Fluent Spanish proficiency

Position Highlights:
Salary: $250K-$280K base + bonus potential up to $350K$400K
$45.5K Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
