We are looking for a Family Relations Coordinator to be the steady, trusted link between our residents, their families, and our care team. This role is about presence, professionalism, and people skills above all else. If you’re confident, organized, and thrive in dynamic, people-focused work, this may be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for families, providing updates, reassurance, and support.
Coordinate and manage Care Feed communications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Confidently step in to help resolve issues, always balancing professionalism with empathy.
Collaborate with staff to keep families informed and engaged.
Build strong, lasting relationships with residents, families, and the care team.

What We’re Looking For:

Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred but not required - we value the right skills and personality fit.
A polished, professional communicator with strong organizational abilities.
Self-confident and able to take charge when needed.
Quick thinker, resourceful problem-solver, and steady under pressure.
A natural connector with people - warm, approachable, and easy to work with.
