Oxbow Academy provides very specialized treatment. We are often the last hope to families in crisis who don't know where to turn. Students at Oxbow Academy have broken sexual boundaries and struggle with sexual compulsiveness. They commonly have been victims of sexual abuse or sexual trauma. These issues are often misunderstood and result in debilitating anxiety and shame. Our goal is to provide hope where it has been lost, rebuild trust where it has been broken, and help these young men and their families move forward.

Oxbow Academy is looking to hire a compassionate, organized, excellent communicator as our Family Services Director. In this role you will work directly with students, parents, the clinical team, and the administrative team. When parents have questions or concerns, you will be their listening ear, advocate, and liaison with Oxbow. While the academy is where our students stay and receive treatment, we serve whole families: ensuring parents are informed of their child's progress and well-being is essential to a holistic treatment approach.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome new students and parents to Oxbow Academy
• Be the liaison between parents and Oxbow Academy
• Assist the administrative team
• Plan and execute Parent Days
• Maintain Parent Portal

• Eligible to work in the USA
• Able to pass criminal investigation background checks
• Able to pass motor vehicle record check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 21+ years of age
• Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
• 1st Aid & CPR certified (we may provide)
• ICC certified (we may provide)
• Excellent communication skills
