NOW HIRING: Regular Full Time Family Support Coaches - Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Related Field

Family Support Coaches will work with families enrolled in our Head Start and Early Head Start programming. This position will focus on assessing family needs and creating individualized goal plans for the whole family. Additionally, you'll actively reach out to potential families and collaborate with community partners to identify resources and opportunities. This comprehensive approach ensures we extend our support to all eligible families, amplifying the impact of our programs to enhance and support goal obtainment and increase family engagement.
