Job Description

Under the direction of the Family Support Manager, the Family Support Partner provides peer to peer parent support to parents/caregivers of children enrolled in the Behavioral Health system. It exists as a key role for fulfilling The Arizona Vision.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma or G.E.D required.

· Must be parent or caregiver that has raised a child with behavioral health needs and have experience in at least two child serving systems. (Example: Education, Juvenile Justice, Child Protective Services, Developmental Disabilities. Etc)

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Current DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.

· Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
