Job Description - Family Support Services Manager

The Family Support Services Manager responsibility is to provide comprehensive supportive services to families staying at Ronald McDonald House of Dallas (RMHD). The Family Support Services (FSS) Manager will work collaboratively with RMHD and hospital staff to best support families during their stay and connect families to resources and organizations that provide assistance and address the family’s need. The Family Suppoort Services Manager is accountable to the CEO for stewardship of the mission statement and core values.

Qualifications: Master’s in social work required. Licensed Master Social Worker required. Bilingual preferred. At least 2 years experience in social work, human services, case management and/or nonprofit preferred.
