JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Indiana license (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience: Open to all experience levels
• Other Qualifications: Supportive system for mentorship and development; EPIC proficiency
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with other system physicians in a collegial and growth-oriented practice
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
• Contribute to the expansion of primary care services in a growing health system
