Fan Club Staff

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will primarily assist the Community Initiatives department with the execution of Phillies Fan Club initiatives and events during Phillies home games at Citizens Bank Park. This position is physical in nature with time requirements on nights, weekends and holidays. We are seeking individuals who are available for the duration of the 2026 Phillies season.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Assisting fans who are interested in purchasing memberships to the Phillies Kids Club, Phillies Newborn Club, Club 215 (teen club) and Fightin’ Phils Fan Club (adult fan club).


• Interacting with members through scheduled engagements and activities.


• Ensuring the kiosk is stocked and presented to fans in a clean and well-maintained fashion.


• Assisting with the execution of Fan Club events as they occur throughout the season.


• Providing information on available fan club programs.


• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Available to work at least 40 home games.


• Outstanding communication skills and a positive, outgoing and energetic personality.


• Must be reliable, punctual and courteous with above average customer service skills.


• Ability to work with others as well as independently and respond to situations quickly and professionally.


• Must be able to adapt to changes in schedule/tasks.


• Must be able to stand and walk during a 4-5 hour shift.


• Must be able to frequently lift 25 lbs.


• Must live in the Greater Philadelphia area with reliable transportation to and from the Citizens Bank Park.


• Ability to interact with fans and large crowds, including children.


• Employment is dependent upon receiving PA child abuse clearances, FBI fingerprinting and a background check.


• Candidate must be at least 16 years of age with work permit.
