Food & Beverage Manager
Superhost Hospitality | Embassy Suites Naperville

As a Food & Beverage Manager with Superhost Hospitality at Embassy Suites Naperville, you are a key leader responsible for delivering exceptional dining and event experiences across all outlets. This role oversees restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution, strong financial performance, and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet functions 
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and service flow to support high-volume business levels 
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service 
  • Monitor and control costs including labor, food, and beverage expenses 
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships 
  • Ensure all service standards, cleanliness, and brand expectations are consistently met 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to execute successful banquet and group functions 
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

We are seeking a leader with the following attributes:

  • Operational Expertise: Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant, bar, and banquet operations 
  • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization 
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team 
  • Guest-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences 
  • Composure Under Pressure: Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

Additional Requirements

  • Previous Food & Beverage management experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
