F&I Manager (Finance & Insurance)

About Us:

O’Brien Auto Team is a family-owned, customer-first dealership group known for our commitment to integrity, teamwork, and growth. We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused F&I Manager for our Honda dealership to help guide buyers through financing and protection options while supporting the success of our sales team.

What You’ll Do:

• Present financing, leasing, and protection options in a clear, friendly, and professional way.


• Explain aftermarket products, extended warranties, and service coverage plans.


• Work with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and personalized financing solutions.


• Accurately complete and submit financing and leasing paperwork, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.


• Partner with the sales team to ensure all deals are routed through F&I.


• Provide finance product training and support to the sales team.


• Help maintain department profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


• Follow company policies and uphold the highest ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in finance or business preferred.


• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.


• Proven ability to understand and present financing options effectively.


• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and dealership software platforms.


• Willing to work extended hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
