About the Role:

Jim McKay Chevrolet seeks a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will maximize profitability, ensure seamless transactions for our customers, and contribute to the company's overall growth. Your main objective will be to assist our clients in understanding and selecting finance options that best fit their needs by clearly explaining terms and conditions and offering extended warranties and other value-added products to enhance their purchase/ownership experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Presenting and selling finance and insurance products to customers,


• Maximizing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Maintaining relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to secure the best financing terms.


• Processing credit applications and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.


• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.


• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales-to-finance transition. 


• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices


• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any financing-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.


• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as a finance manager in the automotive industry and a strong track record of success.


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, banks,  and team members


• 
  Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  


• High integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.


• Passion and a commitment to customer satisfaction


• Proficient with Automotive technology (CDK, Delaertrack, and CRM)


• JM&A experience preferred but not required
