F&I Manager

We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead our dealership’s Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations. This role is responsible for structuring vehicle financing and lease deals, presenting warranty and insurance products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving F&I profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and secure vehicle financing with lenders


• Present financing, warranty, and insurance options to customers


• Ensure compliance with automotive finance regulations


• Monitor F&I performance and profitability


• Prepare financial reports and support dealership management

Requirements:

• 3+ years automotive F&I or dealership finance experience


• Strong negotiation and closing skills


• Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS)


• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month, plus benefits.
