Key responsibilities

As a Dinner cook, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. Your main duties will include:

• Preparing and cooking Dinner items according to Restaurant standards and guest preferences.
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Managing food preparation efficiently to meet service demands.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain menu consistency and innovation.
• Maintaining a high standard of food presentation and quality control.
• Handling guest requests and accommodating dietary restrictions when necessary.

What we are looking for?

We seek a skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting, preferably in a hotel or high-volume fine dinner service.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• 8-hour shifts.
• In-person at Lennox Miami Beach, FL.
• Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
