Pay: $22-$31 per hour - Based on Experience, Certifications and Training

Our Fast Track to Master Technician program can take you from where you are now to Master Tech status in as little as 2 years. We pay for every bit of your training, travel, and certification costs as long as you keep passing. Along the way, you’ll knock out your ASE certifications (1+ ASE already in hand? Even better).

Responsibilities: 

• Perform repairs and maintenance on CDJR vehicles with guidance from Master Techs
• Complete factory certification levels and required ASE certifications
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Work as part of a high performing service team

• Apprentice level automotive experience
• 1+ ASE certification preferred
• Automotive trade school degree, preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• The drive to keep learning until you’re the best in the business
