Job Description - FastTrack To Partner

New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking experienced managers from any industry to join our Fast-Track to Partner program. We are currently seeking leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become Partners in our New Jersey General Office. At New York Life, a Partner’s responsibilities include the successful recruiting And development of a team of salespeople, who would enjoy: • The opportunity to work for a Fortune 100 company • Competitive benefits with Unlimited income potential • Comprehensive professional training • Fully company-funded Pension Plan (subject to eligibility requirements) By joining New York Life as a Partner, your ability to become promoted to a Senior Partner or Managing Partner is determined based on objective criteria. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a personalized strategy to enhance customer acquisition and enhance the visibility of financial products and services tailored to the unique needs of clients. • Apply various financial solutions including life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds to provide appropriate financial guidance to clients. • Upon meeting program requirements within twelve months, individuals are eligible to enroll in the Associate Partner Training Program. • As an Associate Partner, actively engage in the recruitment, training, support, and advancement of a team of financial advisors. • Responsibilities as a Partner include training, supporting, and expanding a network of sales professionals who can take advantage of the benefits of being associated with a Fortune 100 company, competitive perks, opportunities for career growth, and a fully funded pension plan (upon meeting eligibility requirements). Qualifications: • Experience in management, sales, or recruiting is essential for this role. • Holding a valid State License in Life and Health Insurance is highly recommended for applicants. • Possessing SIE, a college degree, an MBA, Series 6/7/63/65, or 66 certifications would be advantageous. • The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate leadership skills, motivation, goal orientation, strong communication abilities, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset. Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly
