We are currently seeking leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become Partners in our New Jersey General Office. By joining New York Life as a Partner, your ability to become promoted to a Senior Partner or Managing Partner is determined based on objective criteria.

Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a tailored strategy to increase customer acquisition and promote the visibility of products and services that satisfy customers' financial needs.
•Utilize a variety of products such as life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds to supply customers with appropriate monetary options.
•Upon successfully completing the program requirements within one year, applicants become eligible to move into the Associate Partner Training Program.
•As an Associate Partner, create, educate, maintain, and expand a team of financial advisors.
•If promoted to Partner, responsibilities will include teaching, developing, and growing a network of sales professionals who will benefit from working for a Fortune 100 company, competitive benefits, professional training opportunities, and a fully company-funded pension plan (meeting eligibility requirements).

Qualifications

•Demonstrable experience in management, sales, and/or recruiting.
•Possession of a valid State License in Life and Health Insurance.
•Holding of SIE, college degree, MBA, Series 6/7/63/65 or 66 certifications.
•Capability to display leadership, motivation, goal orientation, communication skills, integrity, and team spirit.
