**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead our dining establishment's F&B operations. The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including menu planning, food preparation, customer service, and staff management.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement F&B strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
2. Manage menu planning and pricing in coordination with the chef.
3. Ensure high quality of food and beverage standards are maintained.
4. Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of F&B staff.
5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
6. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the dining experience.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. In-depth knowledge of F&B operations and industry trends.
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
6. Certification in Food Safety and Quality Assurance.

Golf Club Experience is a plus.
