Chewy is looking for a dynamic and diligent Culture and Communication Coordinator (CCC) to join our Fulfillment Center team. This role is at the heart of our efforts to enhance team culture, support leadership, and ensure seamless communication throughout the site. You will partner closely with the General Manager (GM), Human Resources Manager (HRM), and Senior Leadership Team to bring Chewy’s Operations Team Member Promise (OTMP) to life, creating a thriving workplace where Team Members feel valued and inspired.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
Hourly Range
$24 - $28 USD
