**You Are:**

As a Senior Manager in AFSs Strategy and Management Consulting business, you will serve in a versatile role, solving diverse problems for senior leaders at some of the most important institutions in the federal government.

**The Work:**

+ Be a trusted advisor to senior level federal health clients through meaningful client conversations, employing creative problem solving, and leading high-impact efforts

+ Build teams of talented individuals with a hunger for transforming how the federal government works

+ Bring the best of AFS across Accentures broad set of capabilities, from rigorous analysis that identifies highest value solutions to extensive technology capabilities that enable digital transformation

+ Deepen your specific area of expertise on an ongoing basis; understand what is trending in the industry and be able to speak to it with knowledge and confidence with your clients and team

ranging from how ideas can disrupt/propel our clients business to setting strategic direction **,**

+ Knowledgeable about federal health clients and grant/cooperative agreement programs

+ An ability to proactively generate and build new client relationships and work to strengthen existing relationships at target clients

+ Stand up and lead resulting projects with strong delivery skills and client interaction

+ Proven ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels

+ Professional agility to easily deal with rapidly changing dynamics

**Here Is What You Need:**

+ Bachelors degree or 7 years of industry experience

+ Federal consulting work experience

+ Experience leading teams, programs or projects within federal contracting for civilian health agencies

+ Experience with federal business development efforts (e.g. writing proposals, structuring/budgeting work plans, identifying and supporting development of follow-on consulting opportunities)

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications:**

+ Experience working with federal and/or state-level programs focused on families and children

+ Experience supporting grant/cooperative agreement programs and/or systems

+ 15+ years of industry experience

+ Ability to influence others, and drive organizational buy-in and alignment, and facilitate change

+ Ability to facilitate senior client meetings and drive conversations with firm leadership

+ Results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial-minded

+ Ability to proactively push forward and shape capture opportunities

_Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and_

**Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role** :

California: $141,800 - $269,100

Colorado: $141,800 - $232,600

New York: $131,300

269,100

Washington State: $151,100 - $247,500
