Federal Staffing Specialist – Organizational Development Expert
$50-$55/hour
100% remote
Kelly Government Solutions is hiring for a federal staffing specialist – organizational development expert position on a 100% remote basis. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Our customer is seeking driven and experienced Staffing Specialists who excel in dynamic, collaborative environments. They are committed and passionate about helping our federal clients better understand the needs of their workforce and support their critical operational priorities for HR. As a member of the Managed Services team, the Federal HR Staffing Specialist will provide expert support and technical assistance in the development and delivery of organizational change packages, ensuring adherence to designated organizational policies and relevant regulations.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Schedule Information Gathering Sessions:
Arrange and conduct sessions with appropriate personnel to identify necessary changes.
Document changes for reorganization packages, encompassing assessments, competency gaps, training needs, budget, staffing plans, and employee feedback.
Schedule follow-up sessions as required.
Draft Reorganizational Change Packages:
Prepare and submit draft packages for review, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Create Reorganizational Change Packages:
Develop and deliver finalized reorganizational change packages, aligning with the designated organization's policies.
Adhere meticulously to relevant agency reorganization regulations throughout the package creation process.
Complete Reorganizational Change Package.
Finalize the packages, readying them for submission.
Required Experience:
Five (5) years of experience as a Federal Staffing Specialist, with experience in creating and delivering organizational change packages following designated organizational policies and relevant regulations.
