Job Title: Feed Mill Clerk

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for inter-company mail and opening all mail for Field Operations
  • Order, requisition and receive ingredients and invoices for Feed Mill
  • Post daily ingredient production in SAP software
  • Keep up with weekly ingredient usage and shrink reports on Excel
  • Ingredient inventory validation
  • Pull weekly and monthly reports for Feed Mill manager
  • Maintain communication with ingredient vendors and drivers as needed
  • Scale ingredient drivers in and out, maintain communication with receiving crew
  • Work with QA on delivering feed samples from each ingredient delivery
  • Available to back up for other coordinators (Broiler, Breeder, Hatchery, Feed Haul)
  • Back up requisitioning for multiple departments (Broiler, Breeder, Hatchery, Feed Haul)
  • Normal Monday-Friday business hours

 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Exceptional Math skills required. - Computer skills to include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook needed). - Ability to learn SAP. - Should be a good communicator. - Ability to multi-task. - Must successfully pass a background check.

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
