Job Description - Feed Mill General Laborer

JOB SUMMARY:

Hog Slat, Incorporated, is seeking a full-time individual to join our feed mill team in Camden, IN. This position will consist of multiple duties. Feed mill knowledge is suggested, but it is not required. This is a 10pm -10am.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business conditions change.

Batch and weigh micro ingredients for swine feed

Operate a computer controlled feed mixing system

Handle and receive ingredients for grain mixtures

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following experience/educational background:

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally

Ability to practice safe handling of small and large equipment use

Forklift Experience is preferred
