Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Demonstrates consistent, prompt, and reliable attendance.
• Responsible for inventory counts and accurate record-keeping.
• Handles physical tasks such as sacking feed, loading, and unloading grain trucks.
• Operate and monitor feed mill equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to specified formulations.
• Maintains strong attention to detail and ensures accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and internal records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet safety standards.
• Record production data and report any discrepancies or equipment issues.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems and implementing solutions.
• Support quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and safety.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including different days, shifts, and overtime as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience in feed manufacturing preferred
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy loads
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
