Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of carpentry and handyman tasks, including but not limited to repairs, installations, renovations, and maintenance work.
- Repair and replace damaged structures, fixtures, furniture, doors, windows, flooring, and other home-related components.
- Handle tasks such as drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
- Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent, materials used, and tasks completed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in carpentry and handyman work.
- Extensive knowledge of various carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Proficient in repairing and maintaining a wide range of home-related components and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work long hours as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and interact with clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guideline
- Full Time: 35-40 hrs/week

Gator Strong Services in Wilmington, North Carolina is owned and operated by Danny Vulin. Danny has been in the industry for nearly two decades and was the prior owner of Metro Fence – which served the Wilmington, North Carolina and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina areas. Since the formation of Gator Strong Services, Danny and team have focused their efforts at “home” to better serve neighbors in New Hanover, Brunswick, and surrounding counties.
For the last fifteen years, Danny and team have nurtured relationships and earned the trust of some of the nations largest builders along the coast as well as residential homeowners and local businesses. In an effort to better serve the community, Gator Strong Services extended its offerings with best-in-class hurricane protection and roll down screens.
