Job Summary
We are seeking a Fence Installer / Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside one of our foreman to support worksite operations. This will include digging holes, mixing concrete, keeping the worksite clean, operating power tools, setting up structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Responsibilities
- Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chainlink fence
- Assist crew leader with skilled installation work
- Dig holes
- Mix concrete
- Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
- Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
- Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
- Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
Qualifications
MUST have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods (this includes lifting up to 80 lbs or more)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Knowledge of power tools
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience is a bonus

40-50 hours per week
