Who We're Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or fencing; CRM proficiency (Method) and familiarity with MS Office required.
Strong Communicator: Builds rapport quickly, earns customer trust, and handles negotiations effectively.
Self-motivated: Balances independent work with active participation in a collaborative team.
Active: Comfortable walking around uneven terrain when visiting job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel within a 90-minute radius, spending approximately 75% of your time in the field and 25% in the office
Prospect & generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and trade shows across residential, commercial, and industrial markets
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, budget, and timelines
Conduct consultative sales presentations and offer tailored fencing solutions based on customer needs
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals that reflect customer specifications
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, following up regularly to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and project handoff
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to help position our products and services effectively
