Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Fencing Installer to join our team in Saint Charles, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing outdoor fencing and possess leadership skills to oversee installation projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage fencing installation projects from start to finish.

Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Train and supervise junior installers and crew members.

Coordinate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements.

Maintain and manage company vehicle and trailer, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outdoor fencing installation.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation plans.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
