The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 based on relevant experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for annual incentive pay along with our comprehensive benefits package.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare source documents and draft communication materials for quarterly partner meeting presentations, biannual long-range plans, and monthly financial update presentations for principals from a budgeting and forecasting perspective

  • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for the FSG holding companies, including analysis and presentation deliverables

  • Prepare regular cash flow forecasts and draft weekly loan notice requests to enable efficient debt management, inclusive of borrowing level recommendations

  • Support debt financing activity across the FSG platform, including building, re-tooling and updating complex scenario models

  • Monitor debt covenant compliance results for holding company and property-level debt, and communicate results to internal stakeholders regularly

  • Participate in generating recurring internal materials (Monthly FSG Debt Summary, Budget vs. Actual holding company expense variance, etc.)

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights to support decision-making

  • Contribute to advancement of department and company initiatives, including budget and forecast tools, process improvements, and reporting enhancements, including consolidation software implementation and various technology and AI enhancements

  • Create new, innovative ways to complete work, analyze financial information and generate insights

  • Assist with various special projects and ad hoc requests across the FSG Finance department

CHARACTERISTICS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in an analytical financial role (Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking)

  • Strong technical skills, including experience with various AI tools to improve productivity and financial analysis

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with a strong ability to extract insights from financial data

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to create a high-quality work product in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines

  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written), and an ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders

  • Collaborative team player, initiative-taking and reliable
