  Maintain a clean and welcoming front lobby

  Assist with client communications and follow-ups

  Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow

  
  

✅ Requirements:

  Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role (veterinary or medical experience a plus)
