Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fertility Nurse to join our global network of on-demand fertility professionals. In this hybrid role, you will provide exceptional patient care through virtual consultations and on-site support for fertility treatments. You will collaborate with world-class fertility clinics to deliver personalized care and contribute to patients reproductive health journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remote:
  • Conduct telehealth consultations to guide patients through fertility treatment plans and provide pre- and post-treatment support.
  • Educate patients on procedures, medications, and best practices to optimize treatment outcomes.
• On-site:
  • Assist in fertility procedures, including ovarian stimulation monitoring, blood draws, and medication administration.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients during treatment cycles.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict confidentiality.
  • Stay informed about advancements in fertility treatments and share insights with patients and the clinical team.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in your region of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fertility or reproductive healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of fertility treatments, IVF protocols, and patient care best practices.
• Ability to travel to partner clinics for on-site support as needed.
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
