Fertilizer Technician

We are looking for a skilled Fertilizer Technician to join our landscape services team in Norwood, MA. This full-time position focuses on applying fertilizers and lawn care treatments to promote healthy turf and plants while maintaining high-quality residential landscapes. As a Fertilizer Technician based in Norwood, you will be directly involved in residential landscape projects, ensuring precise application of treatments and keeping accurate service records. Key Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, soil amendments, and other lawn treatments following schedules and manufacturer guidelines
• Inspect turf and plant health, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions
• Operate application equipment, service vehicles, and other lawn care tools safely
• Maintain detailed service logs and ensure adherence to treatment schedules
• Follow company safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects in Norwood

• Previous experience in lawn care, fertilization, or landscape maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of turf management, plant health, and fertilizer application techniques

• Hourly pay: $22 – $31, based on experience and qualifications
