FF&E Coordinator
The FF&E Coordinator provides administrative and project management support to the Hotel Maintenance, refurbishment and design teams. The coordinator supports the company goal of standardization and quality for hotel items onboard American Cruise Lines’ ships. This position is part of the Hotel Maintenance and Refurbishment Team and reports to FF&E Manager.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and project coordination support for hotel maintenance, refurbishment, and design projects.
Audit and maintain ship specific FF&E sheets reflecting updates as specifications change by new designs or product improvements.
Resolve replacement item requests that are assigned from the Hotel Maintenance ticket system.
Inventory audits of all hotel furniture, fixtures and equipment in company warehouses.
Contact vendors for quotes to support replacement hotel items as needed.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement teams to deliver hotel items.
Track planned product life cycle schedule of hotel items.
Update project budgets as needed for planned improvements projects and for yearly ship layup periods.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, ability to use internal software and provided technology.
Organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
