Fiber Deployment Project Manager - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and standardize processes across multiple business silos to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployment projects.
• Create comprehensive guides that include all Statements of Work (SOWs), escalation paths, and visual references of correct and incorrect methods.
• Lead projects focusing on process improvement, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Apply project management best practices and methodologies, including Six Sigma, to analyze and enhance workflows.
• Work closely with heads of Construction, Engineering, and Operations to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with company-wide standards.
• Oversee the rollout of new processes and standards
• Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Ensure all processes meet industry regulations and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent project management/process improvement certification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a process development/management or similar role, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or network deployment projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to oversee complex projects.
