Field Administrator/Field Clerk

As Administrator/Field Clerk your work is mostly performed in remote locations, such as hotels, motels or camps. Your work day typically is 12 to 14 hours and on rotation. The successful candidate will have excellent data entry skills with focus on accuracy and trouble shooting for daily reporting. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in other database applications. Your organizational and time management skills will benefit you in this challenging and deadline driven environment as you will be responsible in accurately communicating with the head office and assisting the Party Manager in daily operations of the recording and advance crew. You will have exemplary interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills to maintain customer service and build relationships with an attention to patience and professionalism. A valid driver’s license with a clear driving abstract will be required. **You must be legally entitled to work in the region applying for and willing to travel.
