Field Apprentice

As a Field Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience in multiple departments, learning essential skills in turfgrass management, tree and shrub care, pest control, irrigation, pruning, and landscaping. No prior experience? No problem! We provide a structured training program to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of Ryan services.
• Develop foundational knowledge in turf management, tree and shrub care, pruning techniques, irrigation systems, pest control, and landscape/hardscape best practices.
• Learn and apply Great Game of Business (GGOB) principles.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to our valued clients.

• No experience required—just a strong willingness to learn!
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to push and pull objects while walking 3 miles a day or more
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
