Join Empire Home Remodeling – Canvassing Team!
Empire Home Remodeling is growing fast, and we’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, goal‑focused individuals to join our Canvassing Team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with homeowners, introduce them to our services, and offer free, no‑obligation appointment with our design consultants.
This position is perfect for someone who loves face‑to‑face interaction, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and knows how to build genuine rapport with potential customers.
Essential Functions

Memorize and confidently deliver approved sales scripts and statements
Go door‑to‑door to introduce Empire Home Remodeling products to potential and existing customers
Gather contact information from leads for follow‑up
Answer questions and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
Work a flexible schedule, including early evenings and weekends
Walk long distances as part of daily canvassing
Travel within the sales territory established by Empire Home Remodeling

Qualifications

Great Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident in one‑on‑one conversations
Driven: Strong work ethic and a self‑starter mentality
People‑Focused: Outgoing, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
Team‑Oriented: Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment

Pay

$18 per hour + incentives
High performers can earn $30–$35 per hour when hitting incentive goals
