Field Dispatcher

Description

Bejac Corporation, one of the largest specialty equipment dealers in the Western United States, is hiring.

Our Las Vegas, NV, location is currently seeking a Field Dispatcher who will dispatch the appropriate technicians.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Bejac offers an excellent benefits package! It must be located in or around Las Vegas, Nevada.

Requirements

-Previous supervisor experience a plus

-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical

-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

-Handle customer calls related to service billing questions, disputes and/or explanations

-Follow-up on quotes and pending repairs

- Monitor mechanic time on work orders

-Control labor hours

-Prepare technician evaluations

-Discuss technician deficiencies

-Answer calls for service, recording the necessary information to either work through the situation or to dispatch the appropriate technician

Experience:

• Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
