What you’ll do: 

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing and supporting Kinetics system deployments across global projects. Your role will include:

• Performing site surveys, installation, and commissioning of Kinetics products and solutions
• Managing assigned project tasks to ensure delivery within the agreed time frame and budget
• Leading or contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across technical processes
• Ensuring the quality of sub-systems in line with internal standards and industry best practices
• Analyzing complex technical issues within your area of expertise and providing well-founded recommendations
• Planning technical developments, considering timelines and resource constraints
• Mentoring design engineers on technical matters and supporting the evaluation of training needs
• Traveling extensively to customer sites as required, with potential for global assignments in line with Ceragon’s standard travel policy

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical role
• Solid knowledge in areas such as Telecommunications, Data Networks, Mechanics, and Electrical Installation
• Good understanding of business objectives and departmental goals
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization
