Field Installation Technician

Candidates must reside in San Francisco/Bay Area/Peninsula.

**Excellent English, speaking, reading, writing communications skills.** IMPERATIVE!

Must have ONE to TWO YEARS previous experience in Computer Networks.

Experienced/Proficiency in Cat5 Cabling, EIA/TIA Standards, Switching & Routing, WiFi.

Ideal Candidate: CCNA Certification, 1/2' EMT Conduit bending, SIP.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pulling cables, mounting equipment (network, cctv, phones) at the end user premise.

Troubleshooting IP Networks, Routers, Switches, CCTV, Phone systems.

Take excellent notes and document work performed in our ticketing software.

Conduct a training for the end users on how to use the system after the installation.

Work as a team player via interfacing with our own Engineering I.T. Staff to resolve technical problems.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND CHECK:

Background check including clean DMV, DRUG TESTING, employment history.

DUI driving history will be rejected.

COMPENSATION: $45/hour $79K - $90K annually
