Field Installer

Job Overview
We’re seeking skilled Field Installers to support the installation of architectural façades, glazing systems, and curtain wall assemblies on commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate brings hands-on installation experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
• Install framing, glass panels, panels, anchors, and other façade components per drawings, shop details, and project specifications
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and installation equipment
• Coordinate with foremen and installation teams to maintain productivity and meet project timelines
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements, PPE standards, and company protocols
• Assist with layout, material staging, unloading, and organizing materials
• Ensure proper fitment, alignment, sealants, and fastening for all installed components

• Two or more years of experience in construction, glazing, façade installation, or related trades
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, elevation drawings, and installation details
• Comfortable working at heights with lifts, scaffolding, or swing stages in various outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering clean and accurate work
• Reliable, safety-driven, and effective within a field installation crew
