This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to grow outside the box. In this position, you will travel to the office, and the crew will travel to assignments in Virginia, process claims, and fly drones. As a trusted advisor, the position guides clientele through the process of insurance claims and remodels.
Requirements:
-History of great customer service
-Detail Oriented
-Ability to multitask
-Must be punctual
-Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.
-Must have a Valid Driver's license
-Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities:
-Educate Clients on the Claim process
-Provide proof of damages to home owner using a drone.
-Collect payments
-Be on-site during repair
