TIME FRAME: This is a short term, seasonal position.
March 30- May 15, 2026 (FULL TIME)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist construction crews as assigned by the Supervisor with Festival-related installations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work alongside construction, electrical, clean-up staff, and temporary labor as assigned.
- Maintain communication with the Construction Coordinator and other Site Supervisors as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Using the Absentee Request Form, it is the responsibility of each employee and their supervisor to accurately report their absenteeism to the Festival Finance Office.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive issues.
- Give any document, computer program, design, or other intellectual property created for the Jazz Festival (and, therefore, belonging to the Jazz Festival) to the Festival through your supervisor or department head at the end of each production year, or upon request.
- Attend and complete any required training.
- Complete all required Feedback Forms and Final Reports.
- Must attend and complete any required training.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Preferred prior experience in construction procedures. Basic carpentry skills needed. General knowledge of construction tools is necessary. Heavy lifting and stamina are required. A driver's license and the ability to safely operate a pickup truck may be necessary. Must be willing to work as directed. Endurance for long hours in an active, stressful production setting with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
