We protect Virginia’s waters by installing erosion control measures, liner and containment solutions, bioretentions and other stormwater management practices. Our work includes pavement preservation. Headquartered in Midlothian and focused in Virginia, we make an impact throughout the southeast.

Job Duties: Installation of silt fence, hydroseeding and other erosion control measures.

• Work as a team to safely achieve profitable job completion
• Work in all types of adverse weather
• Operate various hand tools and power tools
• Perform a variety of physical labor activities
• Maintain a safe and clean job site
• Interacts with the customer onsite as needed
• Promotes a safe and positive work environment
• Occasional overnight travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Must have physical stamina sufficient to perform construction type work such as: lifting and carrying approximately 90 pounds, bending, stooping, climbing in and around construction equipment, and in and out of ditches for 8-12 hour shifts
• Valid Driver’s License
• Satisfactory criminal background check for job access
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem solving and comprehension skills
• Knowledge of the construction, landscaping or maintenance fields (A plus)
• Experience operating construction equipment i.e. skid steer or excavator (A plus)
