Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Manager to oversee and manage field operations. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional management and leadership skills and a passion for driving team performance and success. The Field Manager will be responsible for ensuring project execution, managing schedules and resources, and driving operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:           

•  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of install workers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


• Oversee and manage install operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects, adherence to timelines, and delivery of high-quality workmanship.


• Develop and implement efficient operation strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize delivery and resource utilization.


• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and adherence to health and safety regulations.


• Evaluate and assess team performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and training to drive individual and collective growth.   
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.


• Strong technical expertise in solar energy systems, installation processes, and electrical principles.


• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a strategic mindset and analytical approach.
