Field Manager

We are hiring for a Field Manager in McFarland! As the Field Manager, you will be overseeing quality installation, training field staff, and ensuring job site safety. You will act as the key communicator between internal teams and customers, aligning expectations, and resolving issues. This role also collaborates closely with project management to maintain consistency with client stands and proactively managing on-site risks. Previous experience with commercial services is preferred! This is a Direct Hire Opportunity!

Pay: $23-28/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance:
  • Service as point of contact for installation-related issues
  • Conduct regular job visits to upload company standards
  • Monitor installations
  • Communicate with customers and project managers throughout all phases of the projects
  • Conduct an average of 1.5 site audits a week to assess quality, training effectiveness, and safety compliance
• Training and Team Development:
  • Hand-on training and mentorship to both new and existing technicians
  • Support the onboarding and development of field staff and assist with employee growth
  • Conduct scheduled performance evaluations
  • Assist in training
• Safety and Risk management:
  • Conduct on-site safety checks
  • Obtain and maintain required certifications including OSHA, DOT health card, and forklift trainer certifications
• Project Support
  • Prepare and review pre-installation documentation such as punch forms, change orders, and site paperwork to ensure readiness
  • Support project management with sit visits and delivery tracking
  • Participate in weekly meetings
  • Provide support in the warehouse when needed
• Travel and Flexibility:
  • Be available for overnight travel and overtime as necessary

Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial services is preferred
• Highly organized
• Ability to demonstrate leadership
• Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
