Job Description - Field Manager

Full-time

Description

Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant Drive Away (Driver Outsource) field operations under direction of District Manager.
Travel up to 75% to coordinate equipment readiness, lead driver activities, and move customer equipment.
Develop and execute load plans in alignment with customer requirements.
Train drivers on equipment use, HOS compliance, load securement, and customer standards.
Conduct commentary driving evaluations and promote accident prevention.
Partner with Terminal Managers to improve operations and communication.
Submit billable activities whenever possible.

Requirements

Current Class A CDL with HazMat, Tanker endorsements, and TWIC card.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Effective multitasking and communication with drivers and managers.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Commitment to safety and compliance with federal and customer standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Truck mechanic background preferred.
